Hospice Services

What is Hospice Care?

Hospice care is designed to give supportive care, including spiritual and emotional, to people in the final phase of a terminal illness while focusing on comfort at the end-of-life. Curative treatment is not a part of hospice or comfort care. Every Minute Counts.

Every Minute Counts. We are here to help you make the most of end-of-life care.

The multi-disciplinary team at Fairfield Medical Center coordinate the plan of care of your primary care physician to improve comfort and quality of life. If you have questions, please contact FMC Palliative Hospice Care Coordinator at 740-687-8654.
