FMC GME HousingThe student apartments are located at 117 N. Ewing St. This two-story brick apartment building is between the hospital and main street and is just a couple of minutes walk from the main entrance to FMC. There is free onsite parking in front of and to the side of the apartment building. The apartments are within walking distance of a Kroger grocery store, several fast food restaurants, a laundromat, a dry cleaner, and a bank.

Apartments

Each apartment is set up to accommodate two students and offers a living room area, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and an air conditioner.
Living Room - Couch, chairs, desks with chairs, coat closet, lamps, and a 19-inch HD LCH TV.
Cable channels and wireless access are provided.
Kitchens - Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, double sink, cabinets, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, dishtowels, and potholders are all provided. An iron and ironing board provided as well.
Bedroom - Two twin beds, two five-drawer dressers, closet, sheets, pillows and light bedspreads are provided.
Bathroom - Tub/shower, vanity with mirror and medicine cabinet, towels, and washcloths are provided.

Cleaning

During your stay, the apartment will be cleaned on Thursday evenings by the  housekeeping staff from Fairfield Medical Center. If personal items are left on the beds, the linens will not be changed; however, fresh linens will be left in the apartment.
Upon departure the apartment will be cleaned for the next guests.

Student Responsibilities

The apartments are provided free of charge provided you adhere to the following responsibilities:
Leave the apartment in good condition.
Wash and put away all dishes.
Take all trash to dumpster located to the side of the building.
Return any borrowed scrubs to the hospital – please do not leave scrubs in the apartment.
Return apartment key to Office of Graduation Medical Education upon departure.
