Grant Respiratory Therapist
Grant, Respiratory Therapist (RT)

“When I was in school, I had the opportunity to select my final four clinical rotations. In addition to practicing respiratory therapy and direct patient care, I was also interested in management and hospital administration. I selected Fairfield Medical Center to do a rotation with the respiratory manager and while I was here, I really came to learn and enjoy the culture. I found it to be a great fit for me. The expertise that I have and my thoughts and opinions on direction of patient care is really valued. People constantly seek out my opinion and what we should do next for certain patients. We really focus on everyone’s specialty and on using the most of them.”
